  I'm trying to get through to the install department. I never get an answer. I tried pressing zero for an operator, but it rings and rings and then takes me back to the main menu. Over and over. How can a store not have an operator? For 2 days I've been trying to get through. I won't shop there again.

  I placed an online order and called 3 hours before I went to pick it up. I was told the order was ready but when I got to the store it was not ready. I had to wait for an hour for them to prepare my order. Finally, they brought my order and half of the items were damaged. I informed them I wanted to cancel the damaged items and keep 1 item. They said they don't know how to cancel 2 items and keep the other so I ended up canceling my entire order. I spent 1.5 hrs of my time and left the store with nothing. Extremely disappointed in Lowes online pick up service.
