I was invited by Robert Abraham to come in and check out a few properties based on my search. I found a property that I liked, Robert looked into it and found out the details. The property had restrictions for pets (2 dogs under 40 lbs) Robert contacted the owner and discussed. The owner did not care if there were 2 dogs. Robert, knowing that I do not meet the HOA requirements, knowing that even just one of my dogs is already over 40 pounds. He still gave me his professional advice and told me to tell the HOA lady that I only have one dog. When it came down to meeting the HOA lady and to weigh in the dog. Again, I reminded Robert that my dog was 44 pounds! His response was for me to give him a laxative (his exact words in a text message)… So, I meet the HOA lady, she weighed the dog, it weighed 44 pounds and she denied the interview for the property. In conclusion, based on Robert Abraham's advice, I spent $520 in application fees, and a month of my time to be denied of a home and lose my money. When I asked Robert to fix this because it was his suggestion to lie to the HOA lady, he said to me that it's not his problem.

On top of that.... I call the owner of Boynton Beach Realty (Sharon Grcevic) and tell her the exact story from above. Her response to me was: "So, if you sit in a car with someone and they say let's rob a bank, are you going to do that?" In my response I said "No", but "I took a professional advice from one of your real estate agents … now I am out of a house, lost a month of time, and lost $520 in application fees. She simply said that it was my fault for taking "their employee's" advice... (isn’t that why we hire real estate agents?) Wow.

I am honestly in shock how these people conducted business with me and then a month later got nothing done for me except a headache and a bunch of losses. Then when I ask them to fix their mistakes, they simply denied me. This caused a very terrible feeling for me, I did not have a place to move into, lost a lot of time, lost money. They told me to figure it out on my own. I had to write this review to possibly prevent it from happening in the future with other people. This experience has also been reported to The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC).
