  When I went I hot a gel acrylic set and didn't have to wait long. The lady that did the shaping of my nails was kind enough and didn't show me any disrespect. The woman that painted my nails was also decently kind, but neither of them talked much, which was okay. However I did overhear some of the employees arguing with clients about misunderstandings, because they were Vietnamese, and I think they have sometimes had a hard time understanding what a client wanted. But overall, my experience was okay.
