  April 26, 2018 - Been attending classes regularly. But Boynton Yoga Wellness also offers workshops that are well worth the investment in attendance. Just learned about Breath. Each workshop takes a practitioner deeper into the “full health and mental” benefits of daily yoga practice. 100% five stares for Boynton Yoga
  Wellness still after almost 2 years there. Investment in a good life...
  
  2016: My primary care physician recommended yoga to prevent full osteoporosis and managejoint pain. Finding a studio, I didn't want to be a nameless lady preforming in a large impersonal crowded room hoping the instructor might help correct poses and teach me why I was doing each one.
  When Patricia Boekhout opened Boynton Wellness Yoga, I found the guidance, encouragement, and personal care needed in semi private classes. There is no judgment, negativity, or competitive feel in a class. It's a comfortable and encouraging experience with instructors that really do "CARE", know each student's name and "concerns". They also seek lots of feedback.
  An excellent starting place was in Restorative, Gentle, and Yin Yoga classes taught with the special warmth of Patricia herself. I then enrolled in Iyenger Yoga taught by very knowledgeable Jo Boccassini. Patricia recommended this as my next step to learn the most healthy body 'alignment' in each pose. I was afraid it would be beyond my physical capability. It has given me a new really good feeling in joints and bones, confidence, and wanting to learn more. It is great for beginners.
  Patricia brought to Palm Beach County a yoga studio that really provides personal wellness and happiness to anyone in the community that wants to "invest in themselves for the better." It will remain part of my weekly routine.
