  I scheduled a pick up of some nice items I could no longer use - they did not confirm - I had to call several times - then they gave me a window of before noon (I work) so I waited and waited and waited - they finally show up at 2:15 and at that point I was on a one hour conference call and could not have they guys in my condo - clearly they had stopped for lunch and lost track of time. I would never donate to this place. How is it that you are willing to give nice things away for FREE and they treat you like they are doing you a favor??? Maybe that's the attitude and nature of this non profit. You are better off donating items that will help animals - they are always grateful.
