  I purchased a men's wedding band for a great price. John and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
  
  Update: I also purchased a Sony video camera. It's working great, the family is so happy with it. Thanks to John and his knowledgeable staff.

  I really want to give a 0. I came in to sell a laptop. After reading reviews for this place, I assumed I would have the same wonderful service as the others who posted. I brought a computer expert with me (on purpose) and instantly the gentleman tried to make me a deal Satan himself would refuse. Not only did my computer have more than what he asked, it was touch screen and came stock with Windows 10 and Microsoft office. It had more memory than he requested, and a fast hard drive...he tried to tell me it was worth eighty dollars and we left. Even without my computer expert I am not that naive... I was unfortunately disappointed.
