  Few days ago met Brian Moss Field Supr. and contacted him 3x to come over. Never got a call back!!! I went online to get an email to contact someone. Never could. Company list names with pics of management but not their emails. Would like to have one of their folks whose familiar with products come out regarding placement of marble etc. on floor. Many years f/t resident of PBGs with contractor licensed background and MBA. Called few minutes after 5pm EST and phone rang over 15 times and couldn't leave message.
  
  Can't imagine can't reach a responsible person to text or email to since they list their management team. If not at least where you can get thru a message via email.
  
  Time to huddle and find out why so difficult to contact. Very poor management style. Time to retire and replace. Excuses don't cut it.
