  My wife ordered online tonight. Order said it would be ready in 14 minutes. I left the house, and got there in 15 minutes. Walked up to the pickup counter, and was instructed to wait in the normal ordering line. 10 additional minutes passed, before finally picking up my order, which was already paid for online. Food was cold by the time i made it home. General Tso Chicken was extremely spicy, even though there was instructions to keep it mild. Disappointing to say the least.

  The poké there is pretty good. The only thing I get. It's a good price too.

  You order online and they still make you wait in line behind everyone in order to pick up your food. There’s even a sign on the online pickup register saying to go to the main register. What’s the point of ordering online?
  
  Other than that the food is good and prices aren’t bad. I just wish they could get the order right the first time around every time I go.
