  This doctor is a rip off. I called and got a firm quote of $70.00 for an office visit since my insurance coverage was out of network. I paid the seventy dollars at the time of my visit. Sometime thereafter, i received a bill in the mail for $86.00. When calling the office to receive an explanation, i was told my insurance did not cover as expected. Within a short time, the doctor turned my $86.00 bill over to a collection agency. If you need an eye doctor, i suggest you look elsewhere.
