  Getting older is tough enough without the extra problems associated with still exercising and not being as flexible as you once were. This place relieves those hassles with trainers who know how to stretch you out without knocking you out! It takes a couple of 1/2 hours to get you flexible, but then maintaining is a breeze (with their help once or twice a week). I was skeptical, but have renewed twice now. I'm now telling everyone that 70 is the new 55...and actually believing it!!!

  Stretch Zone is a Great place! Before starting my sessions ,I was in a lot of pain , pretty much all day. I have a couple compressed disc in my lower back. After the initial stretch from Anna I felt some relief. After almost 2 months I'm 99% pain free. I will continue using their services as long as I can.
  Anna and the rest of her staff are great bunch people, very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.
