  This gym has changed my life and helped me to grow tremendously in so many ways. I love coming here and knowing I will be welcomed with open arms and feel part of a fitness family. It is a boutique gym with all updated equipment and is never overcrowded or uncomfortable. I feel very blessed for all the relationships I've made here and the physical; mental, and emotional transformations that I have endured from being a member at the us of fitness.

  I visited from NYC and really enjoyed the classes I took, including Pilates and 20/20/20. Roberta is a terrific teacher and everyone in the class worked hard. Very inspiring to me and fun! I recommend this gym to any visitors (and if you live in the area, you should explore it!

  Oh my God. If you're trying to avoid a lot of headache and unnecessary hassle - stay away from this "gym" at all cost. Seriously, join any other gym, but not this place. I've been a member of about 6-7 different gyms, and joining United Fitness was my biggest mistake.
  
  I'll go ahead and list a few problems with the gym in the order of importance:
  
  1. Lying manager aka Denise. Yes, you read that right, the manager will tell you one thing, meanwhile doing something else when you sign up.
  2. Overcharging for gym membership. Gotta be kidding me, right? Nope, you cancel your membership and they still charge you.
  3. Horrific music. Be prepared to work out to Katy Perry.
  4. Lack of equipment & old machines.
  5. Small area, feel really confined.
  6. No sauna or pool.
  7. Crappy hours of operation.
  
  Every time I drive by this gym - I speed up, as the feeling of puking strengthens when I remember taking to the gym manager/owner face to face.
