  The only thing I can say about this florist is the delivery service was great, and prompt. As far as their customer service it deserves no stars. I sent two plants for mothers day, and it was sent on the Thursday before, so it was not a last minute purchase. I called several times and left messages, as the one arrangement was not what I ordered according to the description and picture. It is now 4 days later and still no response! It goes straight to a voice recording that repeats the number and it is not even the number dialed. Be cautious, order from a reputable florist
