  This hotel is fairly new, it opened up in March of this year. It is a very nice hotel (that offers free breakfast), initially I thought in an awkward area. It sits between (behind) a shopping plaza and the commencement of a 55+ community. In a sense it is conveniently situated, close to restaurants, supermarkets, the Boynton Mall (which has a movie theatre), and a bowling alley. This hotel has a contemporary style to it. Overall, it's well maintained, but in some rooms you can tell that it already needs some "work". The carpets down the hallways are already looking stained and dirty. Lastly, for those who enjoy a dip in a hot tub....you won't get that here!! There is no Jacuzzi in the pool area. Its just a plain pool area, no nice decorations nothing and if I'm not mistaken, you need to bring a towel from the room!!
