  I'm a frequent Hot Topic shopper and I have been for over 7 years now. This is the most convenient location for me but from now on I'll be doing all my business with HT online. The employees at this location are very rude and do not communicate well with customers. I always feel like I'm wasting their time while they are so busy standing around. But in reality they are wasting mine. They had my ship-to-store package for days and no one contacted me about it. Which means that for DAYS no one bothered to check the orders. And when I took time out of my busy day to go check on it, they were very slow about helping me. Barely made eye contact and continued having a conversation with a coworker while they were confirming my package. Customers should come first. I'm only dissatisfied because they seem to just not be doing their jobs.
