  They need either more staff or training. This my third time when I am having to wait 15 minutes or more to be seated and there are over 7 tables open. I'm seated without a menu and the waiters are walking by without guidance of what is needed. The wait to bring our easy to make meals took over 15 minutes. it's too sad they are close to where I live and cannot enjoy the service this franchise has to offer in other IHOPs.
