  Very nice and clean. Penny is extremely helpful, love her. The garbage issue is not that bad. I think its the other residents t that make it an issue. If they were to just open up the trash receptacle, they would see that it is not full. But no, they are to lazy for that and just drop bags on the floor. Also, my hallways are not the cleanest as I would like them... but again, the other residents.
  
  They drop food, napkins, and juice on the floor. There was once dog poop right in front of the stairways. I have socks and a ripped up bra on the roof second floor of my building. Like come on!! Don't complain if you are not cleaning up after yourself. I see the groundsmen clean up everyday, but they cannot get to everything.
  
  Also, the maintenance men are pretty quick. Yesterday, I put in a request and 10 minutes later, someone was at my door. The only reason I do not give this place 5 stars is because I am really annoyed with the leaks in the sunroom. The roof leaked and so did the windows. It ruined my desks, books, and bookcases. The walls in that does not look sturdy anymore and the wall is literally peeling and cracking. Not sure if maintenance would be able to fix an entire darn wall, so I have not called it in to them.
  
  Overall, 4 stars because of the leaky roof and old buildings and these dirty behind residents that complain too much.
