  I purchased a suit at this store. The service I received in store was good, but then the troubles began. The suit was supposed to be shipped to a DC branch of Men's Wearhouse but was never sent. After the DC location called this branch to find out what happened, the suit was finally sent, but without my name or phone number attached. Therefore, the call I was waiting for never came. Only after calling the DC branch and asking multiple times to find out what happened did we discover that the suit was in DC. Finally, 10 days after I was supposed to receive the suit, I am able to pick it up.
