  Nancy was wonderful to work with!! We are from California and she went above and beyond in helping us locate the perfect property near Okeeheelee Park. Her patience in dealing with us being 3000 miles away, and her timely communications were excellent. I will gladly involve Nancy in any future real estate transactions.

  There is no short way to say this except “Nancy is the Best!”. We’d like to thank Nancy, at Salefish Properties, for the fantastic work she did with us in finding a new home. We were out of state buyers not truly knowing the neighborhoods and hadn’t met her until a couple months after we first contacted her. She took our list of ‘wants’ and provided constant communication on what was available in the area. The ‘area’ changed at times and our price range went all over the place yet she never once seemed frustrated due to the changes. We finally met with her in person and were greeted with full day schedules of looking at many houses per hour. She holds a wealth of knowledge in the Florida housing market and worked with us to weed through all of the questions and situations we put to her. Each day was met with a smile and it continued throughout the process. While we thought at times it would take another 2 years to find something we sure did get hit with a bang! on the house we now call ours.
  Thank you once again, Nancy. You and Leslie at $alefish Properties got us through the mounds of paperwork and legalities so we could comfortably buy our new home!! We are looking forward to our future in Florida!
