  The service I received this year on my appliances through the maintenance contract was amazing. My service technician was here for 1.5+ hours. He did what no one had ever done before in the 4 prior years. He cleaned the refrigerator coils and checked all the workings behind the back panel, pulled out both the front loading wash and dryer and cleaned all the dryer vents, etc. I assume this is what the other guys should have been doing in the previous years. Lesson learned . Thank you to the service technician for doing a complete job!

  The service was excellent as usual. But the phone appointment system is not user friendlywatershed.a sooner appointment, and it canceled my appointment for Monday and scheduled me for way later in the week. I lost my Monday appt and had to go 2 weeks with no washer. I am still catching up on laundry. Plus I got an email giving me a Monday appt and another giving me a Tuesday appt.
