  We contacted them April 24 2017 to due some work after a friend recommended them. The owner came out & gave us price to move the air handler. He said they had five installments ahead of us. I said ok. On May 8 I received a call informing me they would be there Friday May 12 @ 9:00 A.M. No Show. I ran into one of their employee on another street & asked where were the crew. He called the office & told them my problem. The owners daughter called my cel # and said they called earlier to tell me they had an emergency call out last night & it ran late. I said fine let's schedule for Monday, May 15. Again, no show. I called the office & the woman who answered said that people with no air come first & to hold on & that she would get back to me. She hung up after a couple of seconds. I called again & she said someone would call me. I never hear back from them. That how they treat new customers.
